In-depth Program 2021

Gran Canaria, España

This is a complete program that will take you by the hand to discover the fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga. During the seminars we will discuss phylosophic principles of yoga reading through BKS Iyengar and other related texts, and how we can incorporate them into the practice of asana and into our daily lives. During the workshops we will closely study the geometry, presentation and effect of the postures as well as the principles of the sutil art of pranayama.

Everything you learn during the seminars will be reinforced in the regular classes, personal practice programs, and personal follow-ups. Through consistent practice and the unique bond that characterizes Elisa´s teachings, you will find parts of your body that were inactive, you will discover your own patterns of postural and mental behavior unknown to you, and the tools to modify them through consciousness. You will witness the transformation that yoga can create.

It is important to emphasize that this is not a teacher training. To transform the world there is no need of more express-made yoga teachers, the world needs dedicated practitioners that generate change from within!!
